Got a request from a young lady to do a gag gift for her fiancé. She asked if I could do a mermaid fishing lure. I thought the challenge was a good one to try..

Size is 3 in x 1 1/2 in.. 2 sided carve in cherry (for wood strength) and painted with acrylic..

I might have to use your idea for my 22 year old grandson. His first love is fishing and then girls..... or is it the other way around with 22 year olds? SharonB

I "think" I did Floyd but it may have been removed due to it's rather....suggestive nature? LOL

I'd be happy to send it to buddy (might take a bit to find it) if you PM me your email. I think I have it but but I can't remember if you and I have emailed each other yet.

I'm still so out of the loop here....(sigh)....LOL

I did get a comment back from a friend of mine asking/telling me if I wanted make more of these to sell. She does a lot of Ebay selling. Might have to try a few..
