Can i use 1/8 inch acrlic plexiglass for lithos?, if so what settings should i use?
any help on this would be great.

Make sure it's CAST ACRYLIC. As for a carve death, I would go about .065 deep about set the height about 450 or 500. Never used that thin, but I think this should work. Let us know it comes out.

Plexiglass is too soft. It will melt and turn gummy. Use cast acrylic, polycarbonate or corian type hard acrylics.

well that didn't work out too good, i thought is was the right stuff,but i was sadly wrong,it says on the paper backing it can be cut,and routed but i quess not with what i was trying to do.. oh well i will wait and get the right stuff.and go back to playing around with wood for now..( it gummed up just like you said) i am sorry i didn't read your post before i started, but only let it go for about 3 mins before i stopped it. so no harm yet lol) Thank you all for your help. i have some pic of my playing around and will put them on just as soon as i figure out how.
