Front traction belt assembly $?

Expecting to get a warranty replacement 'front traction belt assembly' in the mail today. I paid a $50 core fee until I ship the old one back. But... if I can fix the defective part, would it be worth it to keep? I don't know what LHR charges for a new assembly, but if it's more than $50 I would be further ahead to keep the old one as a spare. Anyone know the value of a new belt assembly?

Never known one to go bad..... Yes, belts stretch and cause them to roll toward the keypad then roll under...

What was the problem? A Rolled belt? Sawdust blown inside the belt causing jamming?

Not worth keeping in my opinion....
