Rod,

The y axis stall isn't on the machine I just sent you is it?? I have never seen that error before.

Well let me know if we need to get FedEx invloved for Damage repairs. I promise to you that it never had any stalls of any kind. once the zpack thing was replaced the z axis stall no longer occurred.

Don't hesitate to call if you need anything from my end.

Well I feel awful, I don't want this to be the same experience as you had with your truck motor.

Just to let you know, when I first got the machine I soaked the flex shaft in the Liquid Wrench Industrial Chain Lube that everyone on the forum suggested to keep the sheathing from overheating. I am not sure if you can over oil that shaft causing it to slip and give you the y axis stall or not. Just didn't want you to think it wasn't ever lubed.

oh i did put molly lube on the flexshaft last night as it did look a little dry but i dont think that is the problem.Don`t feel bad cause it will get figured out and if i need parts well thats the way it goes i guess LOL!!!

yeah the Chain lube that I used has Molly also. I do remember a post a while ago that talked about too much lube on the Flex shaft but can't remember what the problem that occurred was.

Well I certainly hope it doesn't turn into a spare parts pile.

Also give me a call if you have any problems with LHR switching the machine over to your name.

Glad to know you are making dust now!!!

Just kept going from one to the next to get to the cause...
Since it went from Florida to Calgary something was bound to get jiggled loose!!!
