I have not used my compucarve since last fall and yesterday about an hour into a 4.5 hour carve the machine stopped and gave x and z axis stall errors, x was 228 and z was 248. I had completely cleaned the machine out and lubed the shaft and checked all connections before starting as I really didn't want any problems.I reformatted the card and checked for new firmware but it was already the latest. I reloaded the carve and put it back in and got about 10 minutes this time with the same results, the shaft is good, the belts are aligned and free and everything checks out going thru sensor checks. If someone has any good ideas it would be appreciated. also I have only 80 hours total on it and 21 since it was sent in for multiple problems a year ago.
