Has anyone had to replace the crank torque plate that is behind the crank handle?

Yep or at least I am at the removal stage of doing so.
Gotta love non heat treated parts that have the word "torque" in their description.
Since it did some digging here is the best way to get to the parts - http://www.carvewright.com/assets/se...trol_panel.pdf (http://www.carvewright.com/assets/service/Service_instructions/CarveWright_service_replace_side_panel-control_panel.pdf).
There is a black plastic plate with one screw holding the harness out of the way - take this off to get enough slack to disconnect the keyboard.
Once this is all off its a good time to de-gunk that side.
The shaft unscrews but be sure to retain the spacer at the threaded end - it took me a few to figure out where that had come from.
Thank God for this forum or this entire machine would have gone back the first week!

Yeah, exactly the same on my machine. When I ordered it I got myself a spare one. Kinda of a bad design for the thickness of this part that broke.
