Can anyone gove me any pointers to find and
repair this problem????

Mostly dirty rails or a dirty Z Belt.

As long as you have the new Z you should be good.

Hi Al you helped me out on the new z bundle installation a while back. I cleaned the rails and belt and will give it a go tomorrow at school. Thanks for the quick feedback and hope all is well with your business.

Also check for loose plugs and wires.

Over 250 hours on the cut motor and the brushes could be short and stall the motor.

Make sure the flex shaft is properly placed on both ends.

Give the bit a tug in 4 directions looking for a loose bearing.

Check for loose screws holding the Z Motor and Gear Box in place.
