new belt problem

just installed the new and improved belts seem to be great however they keep tracking toward the board sensor and making it bind how do i stop that any suggestions

the squaring plate may not be lined up pulling the belt to the side .
ck to see if the guid alinment pin is in correct space.

thanks for the reply I finaly got that fixed and now waisting wood again this thing will not complete a project at my wits end. but thanks anyway

make sure there is no build up of saw dust, mine would walk because the spring was loaded with wood chips, also had a good size chip roll under the belt that embedded in the roller which made it walk that way.

Did you elongate the mounting holes to move the Brass Roller toward the center. It will look GOOD without elongating the holes BUT when the wood presses the belt down it will BULGE and brush the brass roller causing you to make some nice FIREWOOD.
