Howi delete an file from card memory

Please let me know how can i delete some file from card memory.

You can format the card - that will delete all info on it, or delete individual files thru the flash manager, or when you go to upload a project (click on the file you want to delete off the card, and click "delete")

Great answer no more to add but i will ask a question here if that is okay.
is there anyway to take a design that is on a card and upload it to the computer. I have about 5 design on my card that came with the recond machine and i would love to see what they are and maybe use them, I guess i could carve and then scan with prob and then upload, sounds like a lot of work.
