Hi All
I have to give you a couple tricks i have used to loosen red loctite bound nuts,
first is use WD-40 and let it set over night, I know it works great on the removal of my QC, sprayed WD-40 on the QC and let it sit over night and it came lose very easy, so i know this works, because i could not budge it before.
The other is to drip a little fresh red loctite on the top of the threads and let sit 20 minutes or so and it works, i know it works on other bolts and nuts i have done but i don't know if it will work for the QC but it will work for everything else i have used it on, this works best on green loctite but it does work with red.
