What causes vertical cuts in the carving? Bearing have been tightened.

Board coming out from under the roller not being held by 2 rollers
Board bumping into a TOO HIGH out feed table.
Vertical Smooth Rails could have a loose bolt on the bottom of your machine letting them move.
Head pressure not correct.
Bad QC....

O' Yes... Don't forget to use Masking Tape.... the Cheap Stuff.....
