locking arm

my lock down arm will move but the machine will not crank up . ANY SUGGESTIONS ?:(

Up or down.....? If you crank it too high you must turn the jacking screw on the inside of the machine near the bit plate?

Will not crank up could be a un level head and you would need to remove the bottom and look for a loose cross connect gear on the bottom...

Sometimes the cross connect gears collect sawdust and jam....

The Red locking Arm needs to be IN to move the head up and down...
