Has 4 screws holding the base. I checked to see if the screws were loose. 3 were tight and the left bottom screw was loose and also I could push the z truck inward and it has some play in it at the one screw. The carving was very rough with vertical gouges throughout. Could this be the problem. The bit and chuck are not loose. Also I have a new bit.
