View Full Version : First call to LHR today... WOW!!!

Well, I bought and returned a new computer recently so needed to remove it from my profile so I could add another on. With much trepidation I got the phone out and prepared myself for what I'd heard could be a multiple hour wait on hold to talk to a rep.

I dialed the number....
Pressed the appropriate numbers for tech help and English....

and approximately 15 seconds later was connected to a REAL PERSON... who with EXTREME professionalism quickly assertained what I was trying to do and informed me that the profile had been changed and I was good to go...

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE-- not just adequete, not so-so... EXCELLENT!!!!

Thank you LHR- I wish more of my customer calls to companies were as easy as this one....

automate that instead of haveing to call in to do it.

I too, just got off of the phone and (within 3 min. TOTAL talk time!) had my issue resolved in a very prompt and professional manner. In fact, every time I've ever had to call in, no exceptions, the service has been professional, timely, and courteous. Thank you is not said enough, and complaints are always posted. HANG IN THERE guys, we know you are doing a great job!
