If anyone getting this message about not accepting payment in your region coul post a screenshot, I would greatly appreciate. I cant reproduce this problem on my website.

Had the same thing happen to me and i just skipped over that and ordered the ptn and got it no problem

I also got the "payment from your area not accepted" last night but proceeded just like it wasn't there and it eventually went through. Received the link via my e-mail and was then able to retrieve the free pattern. Thanks Pralyeka for sharing.

and when i went to put in the state in step 1 none of the states popped up and it had a box below it to type in the state name i did it but when i hit proceed it came up with an error (no state chosen) went back and the states were there. i'll go back and prtend to be someone else and see if it does it again.

Thanks Tim for the screen shots, very helpful. I think I have fixed the problem, will know if nobody else encounter that message.

Maybe you should remove your pictures, as they show your address and phone #.

Thanks, I did consult with the Zen Cart people and did a few adjustments. Guess I'll keep on digging.

I may have found the cause of the problem. The free pattern was flagged "always free shipping", which caused the cart to check on the shipping address. Since all my products are virtual (download), it doesn't need shipping address, only billing address.

So that message should not appear anymore (cross fingers)8)

As a note, the lack of new patterns added to the store is due to me taking a mental vacation before the holidays. I should be resuming making patterns in January. I'm spending most of my free time tweaking the CNC, but I'm dependent on the delivery delays for the new parts.
