Hi All
Is there a font that I can use that will cut through a board so I can hang the board up not the cuts outs. Like a see through sign. The problem is the center of the A will fall out and will not look like an A.

Roy - how about using a "stencil" font?

So, do you cut, using this font, as Outline? Centerline? Raster?
I chose Outline, and it appears that it'll cut all the way thru the board.
But, how are you dealing with all those lose bits of wood?

I do not have 500 fonts but I found Freshbot and Weltron Urban that may do the job. You may just need to scan through your entire list and preview each font.
