Had some email correspondence about this awhile back with Chris L. before the last software version. My question is: Is this still a software problem, or is it something with my machine?

about oval 1/4" holes. I think we've got a sloppy gear for the drive paper. Answer is still out.

I had the same problem.

I thought maybe it was me.

I had to send machine back for an unrelated probem but added a note in there about the same thing with the holes.

Since my machine is already there maybe somebody at CW could enlighten us as to what the problem was\is.

I did not have a chance to use the new software to see if that was the problem.

This is basically a software problem, and we are working to correct it.

Chris, thank you for the update. I hope this is soon fixed. It is difficult to use geometrically drawn figures and not use a circle, arc, oval, spline, etc. I appreciate the great customer service and support.

Ran the above little test pattern on Thur. before heading out of town for the weekend and the results were fantastic!! Great job by the software team!!

Looking forward to doing some things I was holding back on.

Many, Many Thanks,

John
