Forgive my ignorance here (raised a city boy)...not sure what you are looking for. Are you looking for a pattern of a deer skull? Or did you shoot a deer and want to make some kind of giant plaque to stick his head to?
If you do a search on "plaque" you should should find lots of blanks for plaque patterns, everything from shield and coats of arms, to more generic ones that may suit your needs.
Good luck. :)

Here are a few in the CC store, 5 bucks a piece...
One of them specifically mentions for game mounting..

Again - I'm no expert on this stuff, but the deer heads I have seen stuck on walls have been on pretty good sized plaques. I don't know what is considered "big buck" but if you are planning on using the CC to cut the plaque itself it may have to be done in pieces and glued up. I believe somewhere around 14" is as wide a board you can feed these machines.
Maybe you can post back and give a little more detail on what you want to accomplish.

Here it is - deer skull plaque. Since, the plaque accomodates european deer skull rather small one you could change board size as well as patterns dimentions.
