Stair stepping

Hello All,
I used my machine to make some simple corbels yesterday and set the cutout to .125 increments. On the on the one edge it stair stepped the cutout, sorry no picture, any ideas
I'm running the newest upgrade 1.53

A lot has been written about this subject. The problem is the board slipping in the machine. Check your head pressure, the o-ring on the tracking roller and the condition of your feed belts.

Masking tape will help that problem....

Head pressure

Head level

Out feed tables not level

Brass roller area packed with sawdust

O ring missing

Wood missing from the bottom of the wood at the brass roller

It's all about the board loosing contact with the brass roller..... You find the reason why...
