Text Problems

I am running the software on my Mac using OS 10.6.1. I am working on a new project and every time that I try to select anything on the project in designer the text box opens. I cannot move objects, or do anything else. The text box is always opening up.

Sometimes this occurs if the TEXT covers a large area in your design.
I'm not a MAC person, but see if this helps.

Open your "Carving List". On mine, I go to VIEW ans click on Carving List.
Now, click on the item you wish.

I am running a PC and I have had this happen too a few times.... Could not deselected the text..... Clicked on the Rectangle then back on the board and it was good again....

Same here!! I have to select another tool to get out of it...

Yep! same here for the last couple of mouths, on both my Pc's,
-- not sure if it has anything to to do with up-grades to Versions 1.152 and 1.153

I ended up getting it straightened out by upgrading to v 1.153
