Machine not cutting to size.

Hi to all have cut 5 of these box's with no trouble but now it might cut at 5.060 Dia and them the wright size 5.00Dia the machine also is checking the wrong size it is 7.005 X 18 and it checks at 7.065 X 18"1 time then 7.040. next time.
