After slicing the model, on the screen where you save the patterns, there is a "Colorize@" dropdown. This is not even shown in the manual.

it was to show the undercuts that couldnt be cut but i'm not sure as i dont have it.

that's what I thought, but what are the options for (7, 6, 0, off)?

I had the same question as you..was told under cuts...but like you what do you do with the options you mentioned? Love to know the answer

The value in the drop-down box is the angle from vertical (i.e. perpendicular to the slicing plane) at which colorization starts.
For example; if you have a sphere model, set the slice plane to bisect, and colorize@ 7, you will notice everywhere behind the slice plane is colorized as well as a small band in front of it. This band is the area of the sphere that is less than 7 degrees from vertical. You can also specify a custom angle in the drop-down box by inputting any whole number value from 0 to 90.
