I posted this day and got a response tonight..Thank you CW! I said my old laptop was stolen... I think my grandson just ruined it! He is still somewhat a nice child... Sometimes...
I was not in a hurry! I gave my laptop to my grandson for homework and he said it was taken by others.. I wonder..
I loved the quick response from CW.. For whatever happened. I have not tried to implement the fix sent but sure it will work!

All I know I had to buy a new laptop for my secondary work computer which I send to my deshtop!
