Don't know if you know it or not but Michael Tyler created one several months ago. I think the pattern is for sale here somewhere.

I'm making one but I'm using most of the parts from the one Michael designed so I can not give it away. I plan on giving it to him if it works out well (the patterns, not the box!).

It's a very good looking box, I have not gotten around to making it because the carve time is pretty high, although surely worth it.
