upload problem

When I try to upload it gets all the way to the actual upoad then Error writing to device comes on with Device I/O error
any ideas

Can you use Flash Manager to view the card? That will tell you if the card reader is functioning properly.

If you can, I would reformat the card and try again.

If you can't even view the Flash Manager, your computer is not recognizing the USB card reader....or you just got a bad card.

That is all it took. It is working fine again. When I get home I'll get my door switch installed and be back at carving.
