My machine had a problem "stairsteping" last week. Tech support suggested I remove and clean the Y motor. I did so and upon testing the machine after reassembly I found the part (picture attached hopefully) under the machine on the floor. Don't know what it is, but could have been the cause of the problem in the first place. Can you help me identify it and tell me its function and how to reinstall it (also tell me how it could have come out in the first place if you can). Thanks Bill

Looks to me like the ever important Flux Capacitor....8)

Seriously, the picture didn't attach so we can't see what you are referring to.

Use the little paperclip when you post to attach a picture, just make sure the image is sized down enough to be allowed.
