Does anyone know how to make a rectangle and then have the machine carve the area at a specific degree (in this case 20 degrees) from one side of the rectangle to the opposite side on a straight consistent line throughout the depth?

This has stumped me.

Take a look at the early posts of this thread... or try searching for "slope". I think there have been a few techniques for accomplishing this.

Chris created a "Slope" Pattern which is in this link:

You may use designer to just lay out flat a Right Triangle figure, so you can set your 20 degree angle and other measurements. Then as you design your actual project using the "Slope Pattern" apply those measurements.
