Ash trays-x-axis stahl

I think I got the stahl problem Fixed but since this happened just after flipping the board can anyone disect the file so it will just start on side two(the bottom side of the dish. It carved the concaved side first.
I believe the stahl was cause be build-up on the rails. Is there aparticular method to clean these?:confused:

Norm, I use a small brass wire brush and a little oil or oven/sap cleaner on a rag.

I would also check your out feed in feed rollers, add a drop on oil on the ends and on the sandpaper roller bearings.
