software down load problem

My Windows XP crashed so lost my CarveWrigt software. I bought a new computor with Windows Vista but can't load the CarveWright software even with help from CarveWright support team. Help!! someone as I wood like to be running my machine, it may be just me as I am self taught on a computer. Thanks for any help/support that you can give.

Here is something you can try.

LHR recommends that you run the install as the administrator in Vista.

Download the exe file to your desktop once downloaded right mouse and run as administrator. Hope that helps.:mrgreen:
