Somehow my 1/8" cutting bit grabbed onto the tape on the bottom side of my project board and the bit broke off. Before it broke off though, it cut into the sandpaper belts.

Any suggestions on the best way to get new belts and how to install them. I will search the Forum too.

Rick,
My back belt ripped a few weeks ago. I called LHR and ordered 2 sets (because of shipping cost) of the standard belts. The replacement was very easy. A lot easier than I thought! Took maybe 20 minutes total. The belts come with a replacement instructions. No big deal. The belts are available in the CW store so you don't have to call them. If you want the super belts you will have to call them and the changeout requires more work. They cost more too!

Thanks for the info and pdf ... now I just need belts.
I will check to see if the local Sears carries them, if not I will order from CW.

My local Sears store has the sandpaper belts in stock. I am assuming their belts are identical to belts I would purchase from CW.

I,m thinking that Sears just orders them from LRH. Should be identical.

Thank you John ...

once I had the belt tray out I noticed the big white gear (X gear ?) has stripped teeth on the smaller section...
