tracking sensor error HELP

installed version 1.152 and my machine is no reporting a false tracking roller error. tech support reported that they are aware of the "glitch" but haven't found a cure. They suggested using version 1.150 but when i downloaded and tried to run I recieved the error "newer version currently installed action could not complete. Has anyone else had this. Can anyone help me revert to version 1.150.

The only way I know to go back a version is to uninstall the new version 1.152 and reinstall the older version 1.150.

As many bugs as 1.15 had, I wonder why they would tell you to go back to that one?? You might try 1.151 instead, they fixed a lot of the problems in that version.

Oh yeah, maybe your right. Only the beta testers had it, right?

Maybe you ought to go back to 1.134. Anything except 1.15

No the tester did not even have it. I happen to stumble on it on LHR website and I posted it.:D They where not aware that it could be accessed from the Internet and it was for internal testing only.

Do i need to uninstall the entire program or can just the firmware be uninstalled
