Spots on Pattern

I am trying to carve a pattern that I made, but I keep getting these spots that the software turns into small holes. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to cover these up or remove them.

They are part of the original artwork. You will have to take the original (jpg, png, whichever) and put it into a graphics program and try to delete them then make a pattern out of it. Or use the Gaussian Blur (sp) filter that is available in some graphics software (Photo Shop)

you can also open it in pattern editor and try and cover them in there. That is a pretty slow process. Blurring in a photo software works best, especially if you first change it into a grey scale bitmap.
