Question: Z-track assembly

While watching a carve last night I noticed what I would call a "race" (not sure that is the right terminology for the part) but a ring like object could be seen intermitingly droping down from inside the track assembly (part 142 of the parts list).

The project was being cut out with the cutting bit at the time. The "race" showed just above The Rock. Since the project was in a position that I could stop the project I did.
I know I have seen this "race" or something simular posted but can't seem to find it.

My Question: is this something to worry about, can I can fix it myself or do I start pulling my hair out. SharonB

Sounds like the Bearing Damper/Spacer, I had it drop out a couple of times the first year I had my machine,
needed sent it to LHR for repairs both times.

Ken, did you have to send just the assembly or the whole machine?

Sharon, if you're out of warranty, you'll have to order a new truck. Call LHR, I'm not sure if this is an item you can send back for a core charge, but they can surely tell you.

Jerry's right, both times my Machine was still under warranty.
Call LHR and they'll explain what you'll need to do.

Ok...does anyone know if LHR has changed their 800 number? I keep getting "Can't complete as dialed." I have 1-800-573-1226.

cnsranch....thank you for the numbers. The 6572 number worked...but only have options 1 & 2 now. Seems they change their phone numbers as fast as the software versions. But I did get through...didn't get to talk with anyone but at least left a message with a live person.
