Often Im asked to build pieces using Corbels. wich is one of the reasons I plan on purchasing this machine immediately. It would be a great feature as most Corbel designs are replicas of ancient architecture design and therefore not copyrighted as has been discussed. Even if it werent an exact replica of lets say a Roman Pillar or pediment cap on the Parthanon in Greece and someone created it using these as a reference and it eas then Copyrighted I personally would have no problem paying the designer who made it work with this machine. I'm wondering if the axis of the bit depth would render making these Corbels impossible. Hmm.

Willie, welcome to the forum! The Carvewright has a maximum depth of 1" so the type of corbel you want is not possible. Besides, I don't know how you'd pay the creator :D :D as he probably passed on awhile ago
