Just thought I would throw this out and see if anyone has encountered this.
While following the suggestions of support about getting the scanning probe to work, the machine went non-functional. I am awaiting their reply for the next round.

Upon turning the power switch on the Y and Z trucks travel to their farthest and lowest stop positions, the drive belts X run constantly counter-clockwise.

The keypad does not control anything and there is no alphanumeric display.

Shutting the machine off is the only option. Everything is tight, reseated, and clean. ? Anybody

Computer is TOAST..... Any Lightning Strikes lately....? 3 houses were hit in my area of PA yesterday.

Call LHR.

The 3 Structure Fires.... One called 2 Fire Departments to the same fire.

That or the trusty Vacuum Cleaner Zapping the machine....

Could be a Power Supply too.

Try reformatting your card and load the latest Designer Firmware. It could all be a Card Problem since the card controls the machine.

Or a loose cable going into the computer under the machine.

Good Luck,
