whats happening

I am trying to contact carvewright and they never answer the phone. Are they still in business or what?
The reason I am trying to contact them is my flexshaft blew up after only 40 hours. It was not overheating as I watched it religiously.
Any help please?

There is a bunch to learn especially about the proper lubrication of the flex shaft. Lots of good info in Tips and Tricks...

I just called the toll number and got into the Hardware Support answering machine.

Just keep trying.

It can be frustrating but just keep trying, you will eventually get through. Redial is your friend.

I will say I did like it much better before when you had the option to sit in a queue and wait for your turn. Now it just dumps you to voice mail if nobody is available to answer.

The good news is that once you DO get through, the support is awesome! :-D
