If so I also would like to have someone with Importer to try a file I have to see how it will work

If I can create in Solidworks and Carve with Carvwright I will purchase Importer

Solidworks models can be saved to many differant formats

the attachment is just a Jpeg however
I am looking for someone to send the stl file to to see if the transfer is smooth etc.

I would say yes, my 2 cents get the software as it kicks ***. ;)

Not sure what you mean by that - but you can rotate the piece on any axis, to any position, Yes. So I guess that would mean that you can see all of the views. LG is right this thing really kicks @#$. I remember when we didn't even have centerline, so this is a VERY LARGE step forward. Take the step and get the software you won't regret it.

still learning how to use the STL Impoter so here is my first attempt at slicing the leg. I bisected the STL and then sliced half of it. I figured cut 2 different MPCs and put them together during your glue up.

on the smaller peice may be a problem. may break as you pick it up.

that would depend on the material that you are using. That and the fact that there are many differnt ways to slice the leg - I was just trying to get a picture up of how it impoted into the STL software and sliced.
