Error 'Back Roller Stuck"

I keep getting a back roller stuck error but it doesn't seem to be stuck.
Anybody ever have this problem???

You will need to look at the Options and Sensor Data and see what the computer is seeing. Compressed or Released.

You may need to remove the keyboard side metal plate or side panel. Careful of the keypad cable. Clean the roller switch. They can be taken apart to be cleaned.

There are some pictures posted of them. I have never been into that area.

A Unleveled head can give you this problem too with the keypad side being high.

In the corners where the rollers sit down on builds up with saw dust. Lift the roller at each end and blow air at end where the roller sits. You will be supprised how much dust come out. I had same problem. This worked for me.
