I searched, but found no clues. When did they stop phone support on Saturday? Is there a thread about this somewhere?

Why would you do tech support on a Saturday in the Winter instead of the Summer?? There is way more carving being done in the Summer.

Depends on where ya live!!! Down here in the DEEP south we carve all year around.

I thought the same thing. Waited to call on a Sat about month and a half ag., no one answered, called on a monday and asked them about it. Said it was to let employee's do stuff in the summer with the family and stuff. and I asked if they would be back on Saturdays in winter and he said yes.

But I can understand would you want to stuck in a building on a bright sunny day or with the family?

My hope is, it's hot in Texas during the summer, can save a lot on the A/C off if nobody there. Am hoping they have found the number of calls down so needing less support vs just cutting it. If less calls it would mean the product is holding up better, just cutting it out would mean economics forced less techs and that cut out available weekend help. I'm hoping the first, but time will tell.

Darn that ROCK.... Cutting down on Vibration Failures resulting in less calls on a Saturday resulting in a cut in the Saturday Tech hours.... Darn that ROCK making the machine MORE RELIABLE..... DARN..... BAD ROCK....!!!!:D

How many wanting to call on a Saturday are still QC users?
