My machine is down...again...for the 3rd time in the past 1.5 months. This time it is a broken tooth on the X gear. Called LHR on Thursday morning. Went straight to Phil's voice mail. No call back at this point.
It sure is frustrating to know that you just need to order a part but your machine is down for weeks because you can't get LHR to call you back.
The last problem was a twisted flex core and shredded sheath. Talked to Omar about 1.5 weeks ago. He was sending me a new one but have not received it yet nor have I received notification that it has shipped. Only reason I was up and running was due to another gracious carver that had a spare.
And before someone mentions that they are putting the parts online...I can't find where they have put any more stuff in the store than was there a month ago.
