Hi Guys
I scaned a santa went into the pattern editor removed the backround saved to pattern lib. When I brought it up and put it on a board I got a cutout all around it what happened?

I Really need to see your MPW file to help you. If you did not save this ... you may need to rescan. I can not do much with the JPEG’s you posted. A 7kb JPEG is just a bunch of little squares. PM me and I'll send you my e-mail. You need to zip this file to post it on the forum ..., but then you will be giving away the ownership of the pattern.

You may need a board that is one inch thick or more, or chance your depth setting.

The scan looks great.

It looks like a deep pattern(0.75") on a shallow (0.5")board. I bet if you increase your board thickness, those cutout pieces come back. Rob

It flips your cut from the inside to the out side of the pattern outline :cool:

The "Flip Cut" changes/moves your cutter from the inside of the line to the outside portion. As you click on the option you will see the change.

Thanks the depth was way too deep over 1inch that solved the problem
