Came in the mail yesterday - R/C, 1/4" and 1/8" sleeves. Put it on today as soon as I got off work. Finishing a carve right now that stopped half way thru when the Q/C (replacement and not too old) gave up the ghost during the initial carve and stalled the machine.
Long story short. Very solid unit. I can't say there's fewer decibles but the sound from the machine seems much smoother and less irritating and the spindle bearings/truck is much cooler to the touch.
