Here is a picture of a poster mini poster case I that I sell to customers, the Carvewright machine really makes it easier to create in less time.http://img209.imageshack.us/img209/9928/wooosh3cm.jpg[/img]

Very nice Robert, Do you also do the beading on the carvewright, and what else? What about the
edge routing? Daniel near K.C.

Hello Dan, I only used the carvewright in the center section, Its quicker for me to use my router table on the side and bottom pieces, its all about efficiency for me. I can turn out more pieces this way.

real nice!

What's the material you used for the center piece and what size is it? It looks like it has carved quite smoothly on the machine.

Thanks Dave, I used 1/2" MDF in the center, it does carve quite smoothly, but does create alot of dust. I stopped the machine several times during the process to suck out the dust.

Hey that looks awsome!! How did you get the pocket w/ raised letters? That was not done in the Raster was it? :D [/img]

Thanks! Yeah that is done in raster, I just selected the area around it first and set it to route the area and then did my lettering. Here is an updated picture of what it looks like finished, this customer wanted it to look very old and worn.
