Yeah I bought a machine second hand. I can't register the software as the original owner already did. I purchased this machine via ebay and can't really get any help from the seller.
After calling CarveWright for several months I am more then frusterated. Their support line only brings me to a answering machine. I have left several messages and they will never call me back. I have also emailed several times with the same result.
WHY WON'T YOU CALL ME BACK CARVEWRIGHT!!!
I NEED to get this registered. Please someone from CarveWright respond and let me know what to do!!!!!!
