type of wood to use

I have been using white ash for some of my projects ,and I find that hard wood is hard on the machine or the machine should be able to handle any type of wood , why I ask is that ,truck ,the Y Z are coming loose or vibration any suggestion on how to or what ever to make this better

Sounds like you need the ROCK chuck. I don’t have one, but from all the post it sounds like the answer.
