Onlays

hello everyone, i just got a compucarve. And i am having this worst time trying to create a onlay of my own i have a pic of it but when i import the pic of the onlay it just doesn't come out right. can some one help me. you can send me a Pm if you like or just reply to my post. an sorry if this is the wrong place to post a thread, I'm new to this website so i apologize again if this is the wrong place to ask a question.
