my machine has started to make a clicking noise when the ztruck goes to the end of the rail to check the bit with the bit plate. (hope that sounds right) it is as if it wants to run past the end of the rail. now it wants to carve off the edge of the board closest to the keypad. any suggestions? would recalibrating the machine help? it's as if the belt has slipped a couple of notches and I am not sure what to do. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
Rick

rickyz,

It is hard to see, but check if the Y motor gear is jumping teeth on the belt.
Possible cause is the machine screw not holding the tension-idler tight on the other end of the Y belt.
