firmware version?

Should the firmware version shown on the flash manager match the Designer version? In my case it doesn't and when I tell the flash manager to update the firmware to the latest version it goes thru the motions but the version shown remains the same.

Yes it should match, but you can use a older version on the card, or at least you could in the past. There have been so many changes, it would be a good thing to update. If your card is not updating then I would format it and start over and update it that way.

With that said, I am making money with my machine and when the latest version cam out on a Friday of a 3 day weekend I did not update. Some had problems and didn't get help until Tuesday.

I still have not loaded the latest... Cutting a Maltese Cross for Saturday now...
