Nice looking signs, so do you you just study beer fermentation or do you study wine also? If you study wine also do you think we might solve any thing with red wine instead of white it tends to be a little stronger.

Wine, schmine. I am not a fan of the fruit of the vine.
The milk of the cow is alright for the calf but the juice of the barley for me.
