This message showed up, when the power is on, the y-truck moves hard when it is off it moves easy seems like it is magnitized or something. Please, any help you can give me will be great, since I can't call anyone till monday. thank you Rick

do a good cleaning and blow out the y and z rails and then spray some lube on them.

with the power on you cant move the y and z axis very easy because of the servo motors. but you can move the easy with the power off. move both back and forth with the power off and see if you feel any resistance. usually when i get this message it just need a good clean and lube.

Like said above, with the power on and for a few minutes after power is turned off as the power drains, the Y and Z will be harder to move because it IS magnatized.... The Servo Motor is holding it's position.

As for the Z Stall. Lots posted on that....

First make sure you have the new Z. I have posted the pictures dozens of times... Short fins = New GOOD Z, Long fins = Old Z.... :(

Second look for wood chips in the Z Belt cogs and clean the rails...
